The war has ended. Matt, Liz and Aster are dealing with its aftermath, and Aiden, Zack and Allie have been bought out of the war Tiers and must also govern as dukes (blurb).

Series cap audit (2026-10-18): 12 numbered volumes are published and 'The Path of Ascension 13' is listed as upcoming (Feb 17, 2027) on Risingshadow only. Risingshadow's series page and BookSeriesInOrder both list Books 1-12 with publication years matching the dates used here (BookSeriesInOrder gives years only); BookSeriesInOrder also lists an unnumbered 'Book 10.5' (2026), which we did not verify and did not cover.
